The abnormal shutdown of the compressor is generally an accident shutdown, mainly in the following situations.
1) Sudden power failure and shutdown. If the refrigeration compressor suddenly loses power when it is running, you should first cut off the power switch and immediately close the suction valve and exhaust valve of the compressor. At the same time, close the liquid supply valve and stop supplying liquid to the evaporator to avoid down Wet compression occurs due to excess liquid in the evaporator when the machine is first started.
2) Sudden water stop and shutdown. If the cooling water is suddenly interrupted, the power supply should be cut off immediately, and the refrigeration compressor should be stopped to avoid excessive pressure of the condenser. After the compressor stops, the suction and exhaust valves of the compressor and the relevant liquid supply valves should be closed immediately, and the fault should be found out and the fault should be eliminated, and the water supply should be restored before restarting.
3) When the refrigeration compressor is shut down due to failure, and it is urgent to stop due to damage to some parts of the compressor during operation, if time permits, it can be operated as a normal shutdown. and supply valve. If the refrigeration equipment runs out of ammonia or the refrigeration compressor breaks down, cut off the power supply of the workshop and wear anti-virus clothing and masks for emergency repairs. At this time, all exhaust fans should be turned on, and if necessary, water can be used to pour the ammonia leaking part to facilitate emergency repairs.
4) When shutting down due to fire, if a fire occurs in an adjacent building and endangers the safety of the refrigeration system, the power supply should be cut off, and the exhaust valves of the liquid receiver, condenser, ammonia-oil separator, and evaporator should be quickly opened, and the emergency discharge valve should be quickly opened. The ammonia device and its water valve make the ammonia liquid in the system concentrated and discharged at the emergency ammonia discharge port, and be diluted by a large amount of water to prevent the fire from spreading and causing an explosion.
5) When the wet stroke is shut down, if the refrigeration compressor has a wet stroke during operation, it should be dealt with according to its severity. For a slight wet stroke, the suction valve or expansion valve should be turned down or closed. For more serious wet strokes, stop the machine immediately and close the suction valve and expansion valve. After a serious wet stroke occurs, the refrigerant in the crankcase should be released, or other refrigeration compressors should be used to pump out the refrigerant in the crankcase and cylinder, and the lubricating oil should be replaced at the same time. Start the test machine.
